Sign up / log in to DigiLocker with your Aadhaar number and mobile OTP.
Search 'Academic Bank of Credits' on DigiLocker home.

How do I create my ABC ID?

Is ABC ID mandatory for college admission?

From AY 2024-25, UGC has mandated ABC ID for all students enrolled in HEIs (Higher Education Institutions). Many universities now require it during admission and at the time of credit transfer.

Can I look up someone else's ABC ID?

No. ABC IDs are private and tied to the holder's Aadhaar / DigiLocker account. You can only view and verify your own ABC ID after logging in to DigiLocker or the official ABC portal.
